Then, I'll let you know what time frames are available. Once you pick your time slot and pay the retainer--through an invoice I send to your email--to secure it, the rest of the balance isn't due until your shoot.

You can let me know of any locations you have in mind, or I can pick some for you to choose from based on your cosplay/outfit. Once we pick a time, day, and location, I'll send you the invoice, and once at least the first payment is secured, you're booked! If you pay in multiple payments, the last is due the day before the shoot.

I'm in Southern California, and I often travel between L.A., San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties. I'm looking to attend more distant cons, and so far, I've been as far as Newark, NJ for KupoCon in 2019.

I will deliver your gallery within three weeks of the last day of the convention, for con shoots. For on location/studio shoots, you will receive your photos within 14 days.

In both cases, photos are delivered via online gallery on pixieset, where you will pick your selections from. Once you've chosen your photos, you'll receive a download link to your email, also through pixieset, for your images.

For a full con shoot, six social media quality images are included in your session price, with the option of purchasing more. For mini con shoots, it's three social media quality images, also with the option of purchasing more.

For location and studio shoots, you will receive six social media quality images, with the option to purchase more.

On site, we'll choose a meeting place in the con space, preferably near where you want to shoot, and meet there at your session time. We'll head to where you want to shoot, and if it's currently occupied, will find another similar location. If I'm unfamiliar with your cosplay, the first few minutes of shooting may consist of more basic shots as I ask more about the character. We'll shoot until your session time is over, and then the shoot is done! I'll let you know you can message me with any questions, and tell you when you can expect to see your photos. Within three weeks of the last day of the con, I'll deliver your gallery so you can choose your images.

A model release form is a simple contract that allows me to use any photos of you for my social media, website, advertising, etc.

It's not mandatory, if you'd rather your images remain private, unless your session is a model call. Model calls are specifically to make images for my social media and advertising, so only models comfortable with that will be selected for model calls.
